All rooms: Leave curtain rods. Rid room of all trash. Leave all storm windows and
screens intact. Vacuum all floors. Remove all wall items in every room. Please do
not drag items across floors, hallways and walls. All non working bulbs replaced
with same as you received.
Colors that were not original must be restored to original color. If some touch up
paint is needed for repair of damage to walls (holes, etc.) we can provide color
reference upon request. Repair of holes should be done in a workmanlike matter with
proper care. (Bump free with proper caulk) Please give ample notice. When moving
heavy items they must be carried and not dragged across all floors.
City regulations
require that ALL MATTRESSES and BOX SPRINGS require an approved plastic covering

High rise units may require extra care. Carpets and floors should be cleaned correctly.
Closets: Leave free of all hangers and trash. Vacuum Leave doors intact. Kitchen
Clean and wipe all cabinets. Defrost freezer as per instructions. DO NOT USE SHARP
OR BLUNT instruments on freezer. Please leave frig on when apt is vacated to avoid
mold. All drawers and shelves intact in frig and dishwashers Leave ice cube trays,
shelves and doors intact. Clean oven and leave broiler pan. All food and storage
must be removed. Mop kitchen floor All light fixture covers should be intact and
bulbs in working order. Bulbs must be replaced with similar style and wattage. Low
cost CFl or led bulbs are available through Walmart.com.
Apartment smoke detectors should be in original condition and not
tampered.
Decks and cellars: Sweep floors. Remove all items and trash. Leave owner provided
refuse containers intact and clean.
Pet owners are responsible for hair, odors etc. including outside and adjacent hall
areas. Please take extra care.
Trash must be bundled up neatly and put out on proper trash nights. Pine Realty and
the City of Philadelphia are not responsible for pickup of ALL UN BAGGED or LARGE
ITEMS. They will be removed from trash areas at Lessees expense.
